For the whole of the summer months We will be destroying wasps nests throughout Trafford and Manchester for a fixed fee of only thirty-two pounds (44.50 in postcodes (CH, CW & L).
The Waspman operate 7 days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and evenings and do not charge any supplement for evening and weekend work.
Wasps nests can usually be destroyed from the outside of the building by blowing a small quantity of wasp powder into the entrance using a special applicator.
It is vital to have a wasps’ nest dealt with before September when the new queens which will construct the following year’s nests start to emerge from the nest. Once this starts just destoying the nest will not deal with these new queens as they are no longer using the nest. A single nest can produce about 2000 queens.
In the summer months we give priority to wasp nest calls as we are aware that many people react badly to wasps stings and it is important to destroy the nest as soon as it is discovered. We do our best to provide a rapid same day service but this is obviously ruled by how much work we have on.
It is neither necessary nor desirable to remove the wasp nest itself as it can’t be used again and, being built from purely of a paper like material it will crumble away of its own accord.
